This Privacy Policy is in published in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.

Any Data collected by Ashcroft Flooring Midlands Limited (Ashcroft) is obtained for the purposes of preparing a quotation, carrying out works as per the quotation and any other necessary works deemed necessary and preparing the invoice for said works.

Data collected includes, but is not limited to:

Personal information i.e. names, email addresses, postal addresses, bank details etc.

Sensitivity information – the amount of sensitive information by Ashcroft will be limited due to the nature of the business.

Any data breaches should be reported to Mrs. Alison Miller, Administration Officer on the above information. Secondary to Mrs. Alison Miller breaches should be reported to Mr. Wallace Miller, Managing Director.

Any Data shared with third parties will be for the purposes of, but is not limited to, ordering materials, carrying out works and other necessary tasks for conduct and completion of works.

Data will be retained for the general 7 years under the Data Protection Act 1998.

If any persons wish to have their data destroyed sooner, they should contact Mrs. Alison Miller as above.

Any complaints can be made through our website enquiries page anonymously or by email, telephone or letter.
